Job Summary

Abner Solar Inc. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our solar cell manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for material receiving, storage, inventory management, shipping, and warehouse organization to ensure efficient operations and accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse activities and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Receive, inspect, store, and distribute incoming materials and outgoing products accurately and efficiently.

Perform regular inventory counts and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and inventory discrepancies.

Organize warehouse storage locations to maximize space utilization and improve material handling efficiency.

Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to support timely deliveries and shipments.

Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory reports, and shipping/receiving documentation.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, as authorized.

Follow company safety procedures, warehouse policies, and operational standards.

Support other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to resolve routine warehouse issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Forklift operation experience preferred; forklift certification or documented training is a plus.

High school diploma or GED or equivalent;

Basic Mandarin Chinese communication skills preferred but not required.

Manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Requires standing, walking, and performing material handling activities during assigned shifts.

Must follow all applicable workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
