Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, stock movements, and order processing.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing procedures.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, consolidating shipments, and managing stock rotation according to safety standards.
• Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying shipment details, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.
• Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies during international trade transactions and shipments.

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry and inventory control.
• Basic math skills for counting stock accurately and calculating shipment weights or measurements.
• Customer service mindset to assist team members and support smooth logistics operations.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards related to shipping logistics.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
