Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Installer to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse distribution tasks, and ensuring the safe handling and installation of materials. Your proactive approach will contribute to seamless warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment including, pallet jacks, hand dollys and material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and organize inventory safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Handle materials manually with proper techniques to prevent injury while performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks during stocking, picking & packing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Follow safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate logistics operations such as load & unload activities, order picking, packaging, and distribution tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to optimize workflow efficiency and safety compliance.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a warehouse distribution or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management software (such as WMS or AS400), RF scanners, and material handling equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of safety protocols including OSHA regulations and proper PPE use is essential for maintaining a secure workspace.
• Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while adhering to safety regulations is required.
• Basic math skills are necessary for inventory counting, order accuracy checks, and measurement tasks.
• When needed, drive a 26 foot box truck and lead a small installation team with customer orders.
• A clean drivers record is a must.

• Truck driving: 1 year (Preferred)
