Warehouse Associate / Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials handling, while also operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, stake trucks, and trailers. Your proactive approach will ensure safe and accurate shipping and receiving processes, supporting seamless warehouse distribution. Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, stake trucks, trailers, and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety regulations and company policy
• Load and unload shipments safely using heavy equipment and manual handling techniques
• Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, data entry into inventory management software, and regular cycle counts
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and adhering to safety protocols (OSHA standards)
• Assist with transportation duties by driving company vehicles to deliver or pick up goods while following all safety procedures and licensing requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in inventory management and logistics processes
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment such as stake trucks, trailers, and pallet jacks operation skills preferred. (If you don't have these skills, you will be trained on them)
• Strong understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards; committed to maintaining a safe work environment through PPE use and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and manual handling tasks efficiently while maintaining proper ergonomics
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment processes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transportation duties; experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under fast-paced conditions while maintaining high safety standards
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
