We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. If you are punctual, follow directions well, and enjoy working in a calm and cooperative environment, we would love to have you on board!

* Job Type: Full-time

* Work Location: In-person (On-site in Denver, CO)

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

* Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload goods, shipping containers, and trucks using manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.

* Equipment Operation: Safely operate manual material handling equipment (manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies) to move heavy pallets and inventory.

* Labeling & Relabeling: Accurately apply, remove, or replace product labels, barcodes, and price tags.

* Picking & Floor Storage: Efficiently pick products from floor storage locations, ground-level pallets, and warehouse racks.

* Packing & Unboxing: Unpack incoming shipments, re-box items, and package goods securely for transit.

* Sorting & Restocking: Organize, sort, and restock inventory to maintain clear floor storage and clean aisles.

* Team Operations: Follow supervisor instructions, execute daily assigned tasks reliably, and maintain positive, collaborative communication with team members.

* Maintain a clean, peaceful, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack and basic hand trucks/dollies.

* Language Requirements:

• Mandatory fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) – must be able to speak, read, and write proficiently.

• Basic English reading ability is required (to read product labels, shipping orders, and work instructions).

* Work Style & Attributes:

• Detail-Oriented & Patient: Highly meticulous with labeling, numbers, and physical count accuracy.

• Instruction-Driven: Willing to closely follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and direct leadership guidance.

* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

* Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
