Voltage is a fast-growing liquidation and e-commerce company specializing in electronics, customer returns, overstock merchandise, and products sourced from major national retailers.

We process and sell thousands of products through our live shopping channels on Whatnot and TikTok, along with other online marketplaces.

Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying busy, working with their hands, and taking on a variety of responsibilities.

About the Position

We're hiring versatile Warehouse Associates to support several areas of our operation, including shipping, electronics refurbishment, warehouse organization, and general facility maintenance.

This is a flexible, hands-on position. Rather than being assigned to one repetitive task all day, you'll move between departments based on where help is needed most.

We're looking for people who take initiative, work efficiently, and aren't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Accurately label, sort, and organize outgoing packages.
• Assist with processing high volumes of daily orders.
• Help maintain an efficient and organized shipping department.

Electronics Testing & Refurbishment

• Assist with testing, inspecting, and cleaning used electronics.
• Help prepare phones, tablets, laptops, and other devices for resale.
• Identify damaged or defective merchandise.
• Follow established testing and quality-control procedures.
• Learn basic electronics refurbishment processes (training provided).

Warehouse Operations & General Labor

• Unload incoming trucks, pallets, and merchandise shipments.
• Sort, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Keep workstations, storage areas, and shared spaces clean and organized.
• Break down boxes, dispose of packaging materials, and remove trash.
• Assist with moving merchandise, shelving, and equipment.
• Support inventory counts and general warehouse organization.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
• Experience with electronics or technology is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, with reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

No electronics refurbishment experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate.
