Shift: 3pm-11:30pm or 9pm-5:30am

About the Role

The Warehouse Team Leader supports supervisors in managing daily warehouse operations while directly leading a small group of associates. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership or grow their career in logistics. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, training new staff, and keeping performance on track.

What You’ll Do

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing; e-commerce warehouse experience preferred;
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, etc., preferred;
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering WMS, SOPs, and on-site operational processes;
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment;
• Strong ability to handle pressure and a strong sense of teamwork;
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to assist Team Leads in training new hires and following up on on-site anomalies;
• Bilingual Mandarin Speakers preferred

About You

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience; prior team lead or unofficial leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and support flexible scheduling
• Familiarity with scanners or WMS systems is a plus
• Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment, including conveyors, sorting equipment, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Training will be provided. Experience in warehouse safety or maintenance is a plus but not required
