Full Job Description

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates / Order Pickers to join our team.

The main responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, receiving and organizing inventory, stocking products, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

This is a hands-on position that involves regular physical activity. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with lifting and moving products throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming inventory
• Stock and replenish products in designated warehouse locations
• Load, unload, and move cartons and merchandise as required
• Verify product quantities and condition when receiving or preparing orders
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Use manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required
• Operate electric pallet jacks when properly trained and authorized
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Follow warehouse procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, stocking, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred
• Experience with manual or electric pallet jacks is an asset
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical activities throughout the shift
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is required, as Chinese is regularly used for internal warehouse communication, product information, and daily operations
• Basic English communication skills are an asset
