CBM Company is a global supplier of replacement parts for buses and public transportation systems. As we continue expanding our U.S. operations, we are growing our new warehouse in Reading, PA, and looking for dependable team members to join us.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.

This is a hands-on position in a growing warehouse environment, offering the opportunity to be part of a new operation from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Organize and maintain inventory and storage locations.

Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Assist with warehouse setup and other daily operational needs.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Minimum 6 months of forklift and pallet jack experience.

Experience using handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Ability to accurately count inventory and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Strong teamwork skills and a positive work ethic.

Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week
