Warehouse Associate – Pharmacy Packaging & Shipping

C3 Pharmacy is hiring dependable, detail-oriented warehouse associates to package and ship orders for our compounding pharmacy. You’ll help ensure medications are carefully packed, accurately labeled, and shipped on time.

This is a hands-on position in a busy environment. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Pharmacy experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Package pharmacy-approved orders according to established instructions.
• Match orders, shipping labels, and packing materials to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare temperature-sensitive shipments using approved insulated packaging and cooling materials.
• Organize completed packages for carrier pickup.
• Restock boxes, packing supplies, and shipping materials.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
• Protect patient information and follow pharmacy procedures.
• Report damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies to the appropriate team member.

Helpful Experience

Experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, retail stocking, or production is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
