Warehouse Associate – Picking & Packing

A women's wholesale clothing company in Los Angeles, is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that involves picking and packing clothing orders, lifting boxes, and moving throughout the warehouse during the workday.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack wholesale clothing orders.
• Verify style numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities.
• Prepare and label boxes for shipping.
• Lift, carry, and move merchandise and shipping boxes.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete orders accurately and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move boxes typically weighing around 30 lbs.
• Some boxes may exceed 30 lbs; heavier loads must be handled using appropriate assistance or equipment.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving around the warehouse.
• Comfortable performing active, physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to follow instructions and work well with others.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
