Procida Tile is a high-end tile showroom with an in-house design team. We help homeowners, designers, and builders create beautiful kitchens, baths, and whole-home spaces. Our clients expect a seamless experience, and that starts behind the scenes with an organized warehouse and orders that are right the first time.

The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to keep our retail aisles, special orders, and incoming shipments organized. You’ll work closely with our showroom designers and warehouse team. Your job is to make sure every client’s order is received, checked, tagged, picked, and ready to go.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unbox incoming shipments from FedEx, UPS, and LTL freight carriers
• Check packing slips against orders and flag shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Process returns and set aside broken or damaged material for vendor claims
• Tag and label materials with the correct client PO
• Keep each client’s order separated and organized by product
• Pick, pull, and stage orders for pickup or delivery
• Wrap and strap pallets and orders so they’re secure for transport
• Load customer pickups
• Track incoming special orders and keep designers updated on arrival status
• Keep grouts, trims, and sealers fully stocked at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock is running low, before it runs out
• Keep retail aisles stocked, clean, and shopper-ready
• Maintain an organized, safe warehouse

Requirements

• Warehouse experience, or experience wrapping and strapping orders, is preferred, but we’ll train the right person. You’ll learn our system for receiving, tagging, and staging orders, so a willingness to learn and follow our process matters most
• Ability to lift heavy materials regularly (50+ lbs)
• Ability to be on your feet and active throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Clear communication and teamwork
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• A belief that every client deserves the same level of care. Whether it’s a single box of tile or a whole-home project, every order is checked, handled, and staged with the same attention

Preferred

• Forklift experience or certification

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$20/hour, based on experience
• Keep 100% of tips from customer pickups
• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Weekends off!
