Warehouse Associate – Replenishment / Order Picker Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate with order picker experience to join our Replenishment team. This position focuses on handling finished goods, organizing warehouse storage locations, and preparing inventory for upcoming production. The role involves picking, slotting, and inspecting finished goods, along with organizing, consolidating, and maintaining warehouse storage and picking racks to support daily production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an order picker to retrieve, move, and organize merchandise in warehouse storage racks.
• Receive finished goods from other departments and place inventory into assigned storage locations.
• Slot and replenish merchandise to prepare inventory for the next day’s production.
• Consolidate cartons and inventory within racks to maximize available storage space.
• Reorganize rack locations to make room for incoming goods while keeping inventory accessible.
• Perform inventory counts, verify quantities and locations, and assist with inventory audits.
• Use RF scanners, thermal label printers, and computer systems to process and track inventory.
• Assist with basic product inspections and report inventory or quality discrepancies.
• Work independently or with the team to complete assigned replenishment tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating an order picker in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, thermal label printers, and basic computer functions.
• Basic understanding of warehouse inventory handling, storage, and organization.
• Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and pay attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment for heavier loads.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work at elevated heights on an order picker using required safety equipment.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory audits, cycle counts, or quality control inspections.
• Familiarity with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Additional experience operating forklifts or reach trucks.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
