Warehouse Associate

Location: San Simon, Pampanga

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling, movement, and processing of inventory and orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently while meeting established productivity and service-level targets.
• Perform receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory counting, and stock movement activities in accordance with warehouse procedures.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy by promptly reporting stock discrepancies, damaged items, and system-related issues.
• Support warehouse housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets and service requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, distribution, or inventory operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as operationally required.
• Willing to be assigned in San Simon, Pampanga.
