Warehouse Associate/Inventory

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate/Inventory Specialist at our church, you will play a vital role in supporting our ministry and community outreach efforts by ensuring the efficient and organized management of donated goods, event supplies, and operational materials.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming donations, supplies, and materials.
• Accurately label, sort, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to maintain system accuracy.

Warehouse Operations:

• Prepare orders for distribution to community members, partner organizations, or church events.
• Safely load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.

Team & Ministry Support:

• Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Help train and guide volunteers in warehouse procedures.
• Support church events by ensuring needed supplies are available and delivered on time.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Pay: $21.86 - $25.78 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
