Warehouse Attendant

About the role

This is a warehouse management position focused on organizing, storing, and managing medical equipment and supplies. The role involves liaising with inventory teams, operating warehouse machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety and storage standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, label, and store various medical equipment and supplies in the warehouse
• Liaise with the Inventory Associate(s)/Supervisor to receive incoming shipments in the office or warehouse
• Assist with unloading shipments in the office or warehouse
• Ensure proper storage of medical equipment and supplies in accordance with supplier's standards
• Liaise with Inventory Associate(s)/Supervisor to retrieve goods required for delivery or product demonstration
• Collaborate with Inventory Associate(s)/Supervisor in managing stock levels, ensuring stock inventory is up-to-date
• Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Ensure that warehouse machinery is in good condition; promptly report the malfunction of any equipment to the immediate head
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations
• Assist with loading shipments for delivery onto vehicles when necessary

About you

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Must have certification from TESDA for Warehousing Services NC II
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Physically fit; ability to lift heavy objects is required
• Hardworking, committed, and with strong organizational skills
