Warehouse Automation Senior Manager (Experienced ASRS System required)

Lead and oversee end-to-end Distribution Center operations, driving operational excellence through warehouse automation, WMS/WCS, process optimization and data-driven performance management. Responsible for ensuring efficient, safe and cost-effective operations while leading large teams, managing budgets and driving continuous improvement across the DC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of Distribution Center operations, including warehousing, inventory, shipping, receiving and workforce management, leveraging ASRS, Mini Load, Pick-to-Light and WMS/ERP.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, accuracy and cost-effectiveness across DC operations.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of WMS, WCS and warehouse automation systems to ensure effective storage, picking and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards and legal requirements across DC operations.
• Monitor KPIs, customer SLAs and operational performance, using WMS/ERP data to identify bottlenecks, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop managers and staff through training, performance management and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts and CAPEX, while driving initiatives in Lean operations, sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Transportation and Customer Service teams to ensure integrated operations and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ASRS, Mini Load, Pick-to-Light, WMS and ERP systems is required.
• Experience working with or in major Thai logistics or retail companies, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
• Proven experience managing large-scale logistics operations and teams of 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems and logistics technology, with proven ability to drive performance through KPIs and data-driven reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global and cross-cultural environment.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage.
