What they need
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing products against delivery documents.
- Ensure quantity, quality, and item specifications match warehouse records.
- Monitor stock movement and assist in inventory control activities.
- Conduct actual counting and validation of products during receiving and dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and other departments regarding discrepancies.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.
- Assist during inventory audits and cycle counting activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse area.
- Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.
