Warehouse Checker

Warehouse Checker is responsible for checking, verifying, and recording all incoming and outgoing stocks to ensure that the quantity, item descriptions, and physical condition of goods match the delivery receipts, sales invoices, pick lists, and other supporting documents.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check all incoming stocks against the delivery receipt, purchase order, and other supporting documents.
• Verify the quantity, model, specifications, and condition of products received and released.
• Check outgoing items against sales invoices, pick lists, and delivery documents before dispatch.
• Ensure that the correct items and quantities are prepared for delivery or customer pickup.
• Report damaged, defective, missing, excess, or incorrect items immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure that all checked items are properly labeled, organized, and stored in their designated locations.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, inventory personnel, and delivery personnel regarding stock discrepancies.
• Ensure that all warehouse transactions are properly documented and supported by authorized documents.
• Follow company inventory procedures, warehouse safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Pay: From Php500.00 per day
