We are looking for a Warehouse Chief to join our team for the SRU Iași (Spitalul Regional de Urgență Iași) Project in Romania.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Romania's most significant healthcare developments by managing warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient flow, storage, and control of materials within a dynamic construction environment.

Location: Iași, Romania

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management within construction, EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and material handling processes.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory reporting.
• Good understanding of construction materials, equipment, and warehouse safety practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of Romanian and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for the SRU Iași Hospital Project.
• Receive, inspect, record, store, and issue construction materials, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Coordinate material receiving, storage, and distribution in line with project schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with the Procurement team.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with HSE and company warehouse standards.
• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory analyses, and stock movement records.
• Coordinate with Site Management, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted project operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material traceability.
