Warehouse Clerk

About the role

Inewvation International Corporation is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Clerk to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory records, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation to support our logistics and distribution operations. This position is essential to our supply chain excellence and directly impacts our ability to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Recording inventory movements accurately using warehouse management systems and maintaining up-to-date stock records
• Organising and maintaining warehouse stock, ensuring proper labelling, storage and location tracking of all items
• Preparing shipments for dispatch by picking, packing and labelling items according to customer orders
• Conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identifying discrepancies
• Processing documentation including delivery notes, invoices, goods received notes and dispatch paperwork
• Supporting warehouse operations by assisting with basic sorting, filing and data entry tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety and organisation standards within the warehouse environment
• Communicating with warehouse team members and management regarding inventory issues, shortages or damaged goods
