What they need
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field.
- With experience in warehouse documentation, inventory, or administrative work is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic inventory procedures.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in recording, encoding, and monitoring data.
- Organized and able to properly manage and file documents.
- Can monitor purchase orders, material issuances, receiving, and finished goods.
- Willing to perform physical inventory and assist in material sorting and checking.
- Good communication and coordination skills with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, Production, and Quality Assurance.
- Can work independently, meet deadlines, and perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
