Warehouse clerk

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Check and record the quantity, condition, and specifications of received items
• Organize, label, store, and release materials and supplies properly
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items
• Coordinate with Procurement and other departments regarding deliveries and inventory concerns
• Encode and update inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory systems
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse and procurement documents
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, safe, and properly secured

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately check quantities and documents
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Physically capable of performing warehouse-related activities
• Willing to perform hands-on warehouse tasks when needed
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or procurement is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures is an advantage
