Warehouse Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate records. Your proactive approach will help optimize warehouse distribution processes and support overall supply chain efficiency. Duties

• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and process customer orders efficiently, adhering to quality standards and shipping deadlines.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility.
• Conduct data entry for shipment documentation, inventory updates, and order processing using ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards during order dispatch.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves accurately and performing regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies.
• Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety guidelines and trade compliance requirements.

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and ERP platforms like AS400 or MRP systems.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics operations, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order picking & packing, and inventory control.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.

Pay: $25.84 - $31.12 per hour
