Warehouse Clerk

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support warehouse operations through accurate data encoding, inventory tracking, document control, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update QA Rejects Portal records and reports.
• Encode defective items and process Return to Vendor (RTV) documentation.
• Monitor and update warehouse picking schedules and Sales Order (SO) records.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse forms, picklists, transfer forms, and other operational documents.
• Print and organize inventory labels, pallet tags, rack labels, and reject labels.
• Conduct daily physical inventory cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy.
• Prepare administrative forms, warehouse inspection checklists, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper filing and timely submission of documents to concerned departments.
• Follow warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or Data Encoder is preferred.
• Proficient in data encoding and basic MS Excel/Word.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation and inventory processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Willing to work on-site in Santolan, Pasig City.
