Warehouse

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately
• Load and unload trucks using safe warehouse practices
• Move, organize, and store inventory in designated locations
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Use warehouse equipment and tools appropriately and safely
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as part of daily duties
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Basic communication skills and a positive work attitude
• Experience using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
• Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to team needs
• Consistent training and safety-focused workplace practices

• Constantly stand, walk, move throughout warehouse and storage areas, remain aware of workplace hazards, and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Frequently bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting, carrying, stacking, sorting, packing, and labeling activities.
• Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally handle items weighing up to 75 pounds, using assistance when appropriate.
• Frequently load and unload trucks and move inventory using carts, dollies, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
• Occasionally climb ladders or step stools and operate forklifts or other powered equipment when properly trained and authorized.
• Frequently use sufficient vision, hearing, balance, coordination, and communication abilities to operate equipment, read labels, recognize warnings, and work safely.
• Frequently work in indoor or non-climate-controlled environments involving changing temperatures, noise, dust, exhaust, moving equipment, loading docks, and stacked materials.
• Perform essential duties for a full shift, including overtime or extended hours when required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
