About the role

To manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and material movement activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely support to production requirements while maintaining accuracy, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials
• Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, arranged, and handled according to company procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QC, and other departments for material requirements
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery orders, and related documents
• Coordinate material issuance to production and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct regular stock checking, cycle count, and stock take activities
• Prepare warehouse reports and update inventory records in ERP/system
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and 5S standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and warehouse procedures

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse processes
• Familiar with ERP/inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Mandarin communication skill is an added advantage
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
