Warehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, investigate stock discrepancies, and ensure strict adherence to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including shift scheduling, employee training, task allocation, and monitoring of daily productivity and performance.
• Enforce workplace safety requirements, including local safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and factory 5S housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory discrepancy reports, daily activity logs, and key performance metrics for management review.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or any related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and hands-on experience operating material handling equipment like forklifts.
