What they need
- ตรวจรับสินค้าเข้าและออกจากคลังสินค้า
- บันทึกข้อมูลการรับ-จ่ายลงระบบหรือเอกสารที่กำหนด
- ดูแลและควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้า
- ตรวจนับสต๊อกประจำวัน/เดือน (Cycle count / Stock count)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสต๊อกและรายงานความคลาดเคลื่อน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายขนส่ง หรือซัพพลายเออร์
- แจ้งปัญหาหรือข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับสินค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลังสินค้า
- ใบรับของ ใบส่งของ ใบเบิก-จ่าย ใบรายงานสต๊อก
- ใช้โปรแกรม EXPRESS
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
