About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse professional to join RIFENG MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Port Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting our commitment to timely and reliable service delivery. This role is integral to our success in the warehousing, storage and distribution sector, and offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and processing incoming shipments according to established procedures and quality standards
• Accurately recording inventory movements using warehouse management systems and maintaining detailed stock records
• Organising, storing and retrieving goods in designated warehouse locations to optimise space utilisation and accessibility
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety and organisation in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
• Supporting the dispatch of outbound shipments and liaising with logistics partners as required
• Identifying and reporting operational issues or areas for process improvement to management

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar logistics environment
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong commitment to health and safety standards
• Ability to work flexibly, including potential shift work or overtime as required by operational demands
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices is advantageous
