Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

1. 原材料入库管理：接收来料，核对单据、实物，配合 IQC 检验，办理入库。
   Raw materials receiving and storage management: Receive incoming materials, verify documents and physical stock, assist with IQC inspections, and process goods for storage.
2. 根据生产计划完成备料工作，提前准备生产所需物料。
   Carry out material preparation in accordance with the production plan, ensuring materials required for production are prepared in advance.
3. 按照生产计划及生产进度配料上线，按时把物料配送至产线。
   Allocate materials to production lines in accordance with the production plan and progress, and deliver materials to the production lines on time.
4. 原材料出入库账务处理，及时录入出入库单据，账实同步。
   Accounting for raw material receipts and dispatches: enter receipt and dispatch documents promptly to ensure that stock records match physical inventory.
5. 执行原材料定期盘点，核对实物与系统账目，处理盘盈盘亏。
   Carry out regular stock-takes of raw materials, reconcile physical stock with system records, and handle stock surpluses and shortages.
6. 生产缺料报警，发现物料短缺及时反馈制造计划及采购。
   Issue alerts for production material shortages; promptly report any shortages to Production Planning and Procurement.
7. 成品入库管理：完工成品核对，办理成品入库，分区存放管理。
   Finished goods warehousing management: verify completed finished goods, process their entry into stock, and manage storage by designated zones.
8. 成品发货管理：按照发货订单拣货、复核，安排出库发货。
   Finished goods dispatch management: Picking and verifying items in accordance with dispatch orders, and arranging dispatch from the warehouse.
9. 成品出入库账务处理，及时登记系统单据。
   Accounting for finished goods receipts and dispatches; promptly recording system documents.
10. 成品定期盘点，核对成品库存实物与系统，处理盘盈盘亏。
    Conducting periodic stock-takes of finished goods, reconciling physical stock with system records, and handling stock surpluses and shortages.

Qualifications:

1. 学历：本科及以上；
   Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. 经验：工厂仓储实操经验，会操作库存系统；
   Experience: Practical experience in factory warehousing; proficiency in operating inventory systems;
3. 能力：细心严谨，熟悉物料收发流程；
   Skills: Meticulous and rigorous; familiar with material receipt and dispatch procedures;
4. 语言：印尼语流利，具备中文、英语口语能力优先。
   Languages: Fluent in Indonesian; spoken Chinese and English skills are an advantage.
