About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in site execution, project coordination, and civil works management, with a strong understanding of warehouse construction projects.

The role requires ensuring project completion within timelines while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and resources effectively.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Support project planning, estimation, and execution activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site management.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of warehouse construction projects is mandatory.
• Experience in civil works execution, site supervision, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in warehouse, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of project planning and resource management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
