Warehouse Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the receipt, storage, issuance, and transfer of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of products.
• Prepare and verify warehouse documents, including receiving and issuance reports.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, and other departments regarding inventory concerns.
• Monitor stock movement and investigate variances or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling of damaged, expired, or returned items.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse control reports.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
