WAREHOUSE CONTROLLER
Location: Middelburg, Mpumalanga

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of stock.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory system.
• Conduct regular stock counts, investigate variances and report discrepancies.
• Ensure products are stored safely, correctly labelled and easy to locate.
• Coordinate with production, sales and transport teams to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Monitor loading and unloading to ensure orders are complete and goods are handled correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and enforce health and safety procedures.
• Prepare stock movement reports and keep warehouse documentation up to date.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or stock control.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is advantageous.
• Experience with inventory systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to supervise warehouse staff and work under pressure.
• Forklift experience or a valid forklift licence is advantageous.
