Warehouse Controller

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Controller to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage project materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with procurement and logistics activities. The successful candidate will ensure the proper handling, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, safeguarding, issuing, and returning project materials.

• Ensure proper classification, labeling, and organization of materials according to type, specifications, and model.

• Manage material issuance to construction teams based on approved project requirements.

• Monitor material usage and help prevent waste, loss, damage, and unauthorized issuance.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with warehouse records.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and losses in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documents, including receiving and issuance records, material requisition forms, inventory count sheets, and procurement documents.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or material management is required.

• Experience in engineering projects, construction, ELV, structured cabling, or related industries is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Must have a personal laptop for work.
