Salary: £28, per annum ( depeding on the experience)

We're looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Controller to join our Manchester team and play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Controller, you will be responsible for managing warehouse documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting customers, and ensuring all goods are handled in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse documentation and records.
• Updating operational systems accurately and efficiently.
• Photographing and processing consignments received into storage.
• Carrying out quality checks on goods received and dispatched.
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Supporting warehouse operations when required.
• Communicating with operational teams and management regarding warehouse activities.
• Operating forklift trucks and warehouse equipment safely.
• Assisting with warehouse and road crew duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics or storage experience.
• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good IT and data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A flexible, team-focused approach.
• Commitment to accuracy, safety and high service standards.
