ตำแหน่ง: Warehouse Controller Officer

• Oversee inventory and supply chain operations in alignment with company guidelines.
• Perform key inventory control tasks to ensure accurate stock levels and proper stock rotation.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring expiration dates (EXP).
• Perform quality checks on incoming goods: verify quantities against purchase orders (PO), inspect for damages, and record Lot Information.
• Review stock documentation and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records; troubleshoot and resolve any mismatches.
• Ensure the availability and accuracy of product labels/stickers prior to dispatch.
• Review operational schedules and production requirements to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports within the specified deadlines.
• Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze warehouse operational data, including inventory balances, stock movements, goods receipts, and goods issues.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted to the relevant departments or management on time.
• Retrieve data from the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP system, or other relevant systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Escalate significant issues to the manager when necessary and follow up until the issues are resolved.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

คุณสมบัติ :

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1 year experience in Merchandising and/or Inventory Controller in Retail business
• Good communication skill – able to communicate with relevant teams effectively
• Good sense of merchandising and commercial
• Good analytical skills
• Good command of English (Speaking/Reading)
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
