Warehouse Coordinator (6 months convertible to perm), Basic $3500

Summary:

• Basic $3500 + Pro-rated Benefits
• Location: Serangoon North
• Timing: 5-day work week || 8.30am -5.30pm (may consider staggered hours should the need arises, eg 10am – 7pm, or switching a weekday with Saturdays.)
• Industry: Manufacturing
• 6 months contract renewable to perm role

Job Scope:

• Coordinate with the Sales and Engineering teams on the status of incoming collections and outgoing customer deliveries.
• Perform packing, unpacking, labelling, and racking of equipment for local deliveries, overseas shipments, and incoming goods.
• Prepare shipping documentation for local and international deliveries, including equipment calibration shipments.
• Photograph incoming and outgoing equipment and packaging for proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Maintain organized shipping records and ensure timely uploading of all relevant documents into the ERP system.
