What they need
Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
With at least 1 year of working experience in a warehouse operation.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices tools.
Job Descriptions:
The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating all incoming/outgoing transactions (parts/FGs).
- Coordinate with the third-party warehouse ASV or Team Leader on all related warehouse transactions.
- Ensures that all documents are tallied based on the dispatching documents before subcon transfer.
- Ensures that all WMS system transactions are updated and confirmed daily.
- Checks and validates the actual condition of Incoming/Outgoing transactions and abnormalities reported by the 3rd-party warehouse personnel.
- Cascade to all concerned department/section (Logistics/EMS/Warehouse/Subcon) with all the critical information related to operations through text message and e-mail.
- Report immediately to superior any abnormalities encountered in delivery and in the warehouse.
- To perform any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
