Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator (RB) is responsible for day to day of all warehouse activities including Pick and Pack Monitoring, Inbound and Outbound transaction monitoring.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in special projects and value-added services required by the Principal.
• Assists the Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assists in resolving any issues or discrepancies involving stock movements and warehouse damages. Creation of initial Nonconformity Handling Tools (NHTs) to meet the 24hours reporting of incidents/accidents
• Consolidates and submits Daily Warehouse Space Utilization to Warehouse Supervisor o serve as guide on warehouse management and planning of the principal.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports and records.
• Assists in the preparation for inventory count by conducting stock arrangements and empty bin count.
• Coordinates with IT regarding system problems.
• Checks MHE and other equipment units and ensure all are in good working
• Ensures GWP (Good Warehousing Practices) is being implemented. Performs basic housekeeping in assigned areas in the warehouse.
• Performs basic housekeeping in assigned areas in the warehouse.
• Monitors warehouse supplies usage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
• Knowledge and experience in warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock management
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS, SAP) or other inventory systems is an advantage
