Warehouse Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Can work under pressure.
• Attention to details.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Effective communications skills.
• Average knowledge in using MS office applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive all incoming stocks in warehouse safely, timely and accurately.
• Ensure that all established standard procedure in stocks receiving is being followed.
• In charge in processing stocks replenishment timely and accurately.
• Process free of charge material request required by other departments and client requirements.
• Monitor stock preparation / picking process.
• Process store consignment requirements from stocks preparation, documentation and releasing.
• Request items needed by Order Processing Dept.
• In-charged in item reservations.
• Receive and process return goods including documentations, recording and quality checking and item disposition.
• Attend to warehouse operations related injuries.
