Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead and organize our warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory control, team leadership, and logistical support. Key Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise warehouse personnel (2-3 team members to start, with potential growth).•⁠ ⁠Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).•⁠ ⁠Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and consumables.•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update minimum and maximum inventory levels; perform audits and produce weekly/monthly reports.•⁠ ⁠Organize warehouse layout, implement mapping systems, and ensure proper labeling.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate shipments and logistics, including pickups, carriers, Bills of Lading, and weight/dimension reporting.•⁠ ⁠Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse staff.•⁠ ⁠Track purchase orders, receipts, and materials in ERP/Excel.•⁠ ⁠Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure accuracy in inventory transactions. Required Qualifications•⁠ ⁠Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in warehouse coordination/leadership in an industrial environment.•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, minimums/max, and logistics.•⁠ ⁠Valid forklift operator certification required.•⁠ ⁠Ability to supervise and motivate a small team.•⁠ ⁠Bilingual English/Spanish required.•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with inventory management systems.•⁠ ⁠Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, and operate forklifts as needed.•⁠ ⁠Safety-focused mindset and strong organizational skills. Physical Requirements•⁠ ⁠Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.•⁠ ⁠Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods.•⁠ ⁠Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise.•⁠ ⁠Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.
