Warehouse Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Assist in supervising warehouse staff to ensure efficient picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and inventory status.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards to ensure an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries, allocating vehicles, and planning delivery routes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or any related course.
• With experience in a warehouse handling mobile phones or electronic devices.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage.
• Flexible with working hours and willing to render overtime when needed.
• Willing to work in South Caloocan City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per hour
