Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join a fast-paced logistics and warehousing operation in Puerto Rico. This position supports transportation, inventory control, and warehouse activities involving pharmaceutical and specialized cargo while maintaining high operational and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and shipment flow.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational documentation.
• Coordinate cargo movement with clients, drivers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
• Verify shipping documents, labels, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor operational timelines and warehouse efficiency.
• Support pharmaceutical handling procedures and compliance standards.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with operational reporting and shipment tracking.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
