Warehouse Coordinator

(Returns to Supplier Coordinator)

• Manage and process returns-to-supplier (RTS) activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform system transactions and inventory updates using WMS.
• Execute pick and pack operations for returned products.
• Handle email communications with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Ensure work is completed in a well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented manner.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with pick and pack processes.
• Good administrative and email communication skills.
• Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
