Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator assists in managing daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading deliveries, inventory monitoring, stock organization, and supervision of warehouse activities. The role ensures proper handling of products, accurate inventory records, and an organized and efficient warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Monitor and check inventory to ensure accurate stock counts and records.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.
• Assist in receiving, releasing, and tracking warehouse stocks.
• Guide and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and stock shortages.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding stock availability and order preparation.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and maintaining warehouse documentation.
• Support improvements in warehouse processes and productivity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and operational processes.
• With good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Has leadership potential and can work well with a team.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are an advantage.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and assist in operational activities.
• Preferably residing in or near Silang, Cavite.
