Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

YTO Australia is seeking an experienced operations professional to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Customs Bonded Warehouse regulations, coordinating daily warehouse operations, and supporting service level targets and operational efficiency across our logistics facility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Customs Bonded Warehouse regulations and internal procedures
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to support service level targets and operational efficiency
• Monitor workplace safety, PPE compliance, hazard identification and reporting activities
• Support implementation and maintenance of 5S standards across warehouse operations
• Assist with onboarding and SOP training
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, inventory records and compliance reports
• Coordinate routine equipment inspections and ensure safe warehouse operating practices
• Verify forklift operator authorizations and support safety compliance requirements
• Liaise with supply chain, transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions

About you

• Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS highly valued) and MS Office
• Qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Have rights to work in Australia
