What they need

Warehouse Coordinator

Intellitech Solutions | Atlanta, GA 30318 | Full-Time

Keep the team moving. Own the details. Grow with us.

Intellitech Solutions is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Atlanta warehouse. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, maintaining accurate inventory, and making sure field crews have the materials and equipment they need to get the job done.

You'll be a critical link between our warehouse, field crews, project managers, and operations leadership. From receiving and tracking inventory to preparing materials for upcoming jobs, your work will directly impact our crews' ability to start each day prepared and complete projects safely and efficiently.

Founded in 2018, Intellitech Solutions is an Atlanta-based telecommunications and critical infrastructure services company with a leadership team bringing more than 25 years of wireless infrastructure experience. We've completed over 23,000 jobs supporting leading wireless carriers, tower companies, and infrastructure owners throughout the Southeast.

We're a small, growing company where leadership is accessible, good work gets noticed, and people who take ownership have opportunities to advance. We value reliability, organization, accountability, and a commitment to doing things right.

If you're someone who likes to keep things running smoothly, solve problems before they become bigger issues, and take ownership of your work, this could be the right opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

As Warehouse Coordinator, you'll own the daily flow of materials, equipment, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure the right materials are available, organized, and ready when needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, material handling, staging, and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly update transactions in the company's inventory or warehouse management system.
  • Coordinate daily with project managers to identify material requirements, fulfill job needs, and flag inventory shortages or potential delays before they affect schedules.
  • Prepare job-specific material kits and stage equipment so field crews can dispatch efficiently each morning.
  • Issue, receive, and exchange materials, tools, and equipment with field crews while maintaining accurate tracking records.
  • Monitor tools and specialized test equipment to ensure items are accounted for and available when needed.
  • Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to safely unload, move, organize, and rack materials.
  • Use pallet jacks, pallet pullers, dock plates, and other standard warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Safely handle heavy materials, including steel, mounting hardware, cabinets, cable, and other telecommunications supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including storage areas, loading areas, and material staging zones.
  • Use computers, spreadsheets, email, and inventory software to maintain records, track transactions, and support reporting.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, field crews, and operations leadership regarding inventory levels, material availability, equipment needs, and logistics.
  • Assist with occasional local material deliveries, pickups, and other logistics support using a company vehicle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, material flow, and daily processes.
  • Follow company safety procedures and ensure warehouse activities are performed safely and efficiently.

You'll be trusted to take ownership of the warehouse and help keep the entire operation running smoothly. This role requires someone who notices the details, follows through on commitments, and understands that accurate inventory and prepared crews make a real difference in project performance.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain forklift operator certification upon hire; company-facilitated training is available.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repeated bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, spreadsheets, and inventory systems with training as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to manage daily responsibilities independently.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field crews, project managers, and support personnel.

No telecommunications experience or specialized warehouse certification is required beyond the ability to obtain forklift certification. We're open to candidates with the right work ethic, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are helpful but not required:

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material coordination experience.
  • Current forklift operator certification and experience operating a forklift.
  • Experience using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system or warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, or similar business software.
  • Experience handling construction materials, electrical supplies, telecommunications equipment, or industrial inventory.
  • Experience tracking tools, equipment, or materials assigned to employees or job sites.
  • Experience coordinating material requirements with project managers, technicians, or field crews.
  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED, or other relevant safety training.

We value practical problem-solving, dependability, and a strong sense of ownership. If you can keep materials organized, communicate effectively, and take pride in a well-run warehouse, we encourage you to apply.

Work Location and Schedule

  • Location: Intellitech Solutions' Atlanta warehouse and field support center, Atlanta, GA 30318.
  • Work environment: Primarily indoors in a warehouse, with occasional outdoor loading-dock and yard activities.
  • Travel: Minimal local travel for material runs, pickups, deliveries, or logistics support.
  • Schedule: Monday through Saturday are normal operating days. Individual schedules are determined by your supervisor based on business and operational needs.
  • Schedule flexibility: Occasional Sunday, holiday, or other nonstandard workdays may be required.
  • Overtime: Overtime opportunities are regularly available based on business needs.
