Warehouse Coordinator

[Main Responsibilities]

• Handle one-off consignment orders and related operations

• Print labels, arrange order picking, verification and shipment

• Coordinate and schedule the pickup by the courier company

• Handle order abnormalities and complete the work report

• Communicate and coordinate with the on-site warehouse team to ensure timely completion of orders

【Job Requirements】

• Basic communication in both Chinese and English is smooth.

• Familiar with computers and basic Excel operations.

• Diligent and responsible in work.

• Those with 3PL warehouse experience are preferred.

• Must have a legal working status or work authorization in the United States.
