Warehouse Coordinator

• Monitor and follow up on all pending DO (Delivery Order) and PO (Purchase Order) tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Perform daily checks to ensure all POD (Proof of Delivery) and RTV (Return to Vendor) documents are properly scanned and updated.
• Monitor and follow up on daily warehouse activities to ensure all tasks are completed within the required timeline.
• Monitor urgent outbound orders, OS, DT, and other operational tasks to ensure timely completion by the end of the day.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal departments regarding delivery, order, and warehouse-related matters.
• Monitor order status and follow up on delays, pending issues, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure relevant documents and system updates are completed accordingly.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate critical matters to the relevant supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, operations, or coordination is preferred.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and warehouse-related systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, reporting, and daily operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
